After you click on the “Get Started” button, I’ll send you the Visions & Vibes Survey. It’s essential for me to learn about your business and what you want your website to achieve. It also helps me understand your vision and ensure we’re aligned from the beginning. We’ll have a follow-up conversation (by phone, email, or chat) to make sure we cover all the details.

After we’ve mapped out your vision for the site, I’ll send you a straightforward proposal that outlines what we discussed, including project details, delivery date, and cost. Most importantly, the proposal will include a draft version of your new website. You’ll get a visual idea of what to expect when the website is done. Finally, it will include an electronic agreement to digitally sign and return when you’re ready to move forward.

When you sign and return the agreement, I’ll ask you to include a 50% deposit to get started, payable on PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo. Then, I’ll create a design preview of your home page for your review and feedback.

With your written approval on the design preview, I’ll work on the project, keeping you updated along the way. You won’t need to worry about the details; I’ll handle them all for you.

When the project is complete, I’ll share it with you for a final review. Every project comes with one free revision round, so we can make those final tweaks together. Once your final design is approved (or the included revision round is completed), I’ll send over the invoice so we can wrap things up, get your site live, and into your virtual hands.
